Service terms

The service

Caption Engine analyses uploaded video frames and uses AI and public web research to return three short caption suggestions and ten relevant hashtags. Results are suggestions. Reach, engagement, accuracy and availability are not guaranteed.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access details secure. You must have the right to upload and process the content you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful or rights-infringing material.

Credits and delivery

Credit packs are one-time purchases charged in GBP. They are not subscriptions, cash, stored money, or transferable assets. Purchased credits are normally added automatically after Stripe confirms payment. One credit pays for one successful generation or regeneration. A failed AI operation automatically returns its reserved credit to your Caption Engine wallet.

Payments

Stripe securely handles card payment details. Caption Engine does not receive your full card number. Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency conversion or other charges.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, limit or suspend the service to protect users, comply with law, or operate it reliably. We may change future pack prices or features, but changes do not reduce credits already in your wallet.
